Had to constantly chase for updates. Didn't complete everything they were supposed to do and were asked to do. But still took all their money before we received our settlement. My partner actually wanted to go to court, but was persuaded to accept a settlement. We later found out that the solicitor actually retired a month before our original court date (something he had never mentioned to us before). We still have outstanding issues unresolved, which were taken up with Mr Manak, but he was totally unsympathetic and basically told my partner that the case was closed and if we had issues, we should take legal action against them!!! I would never recommend this unprofessional firm and woukd certainly never use them again. Quick enough to take the money without completing the job!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
